According to Prairie View police, officers were questioning four men about recent disturbances or suspicious activity in the area when Miller interrupted the investigation. One of the witnesses recorded the incident with his cellphone. Police said Miller resisted arrest and that is when they deployed a Taser. The officers in October's incident included a female officer who was also involved in the Sandra Bland arrest, the chief said.
