Bond has been denied for the man accused of setting fire to the homes belonging to his estranged wife and her family, in addition to attempting to run his wife over with a vehicle, according to prosecutors.

A judge set a bond for $4.5 million dollars for the man accused of setting two homes on fire within days, which led to a standoff.

A woman’s estranged husband hit her with his vehicle after a fire was intentionally set early Tuesday at a Houston home, fire officials said.
