An amended lawsuit filed Sunday accuses rapper Jay-Z of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 allegedly along with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The anonymous accuser, identified only as “Jane Doe,” said the assault happened after she was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party.
Combs has been behind bars since his arrest on Sept. 16. He was charged with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, some allegations listed against him dating back to 2008. He pled not guilty to the charges.
