UPDATE: Rickie Dillard has been found safe, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. A Silver Alert was issued for a 66-year-old man last seen in Spring. Rickie Dillard was last seen at approximately 7:40 a.m. Friday in the 17000 block of South Cypress Villas Drive in Spring, TX. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, a long gray fleece robe, gray sweatpants and black shoes. Martinzez is described as a Hispanic male weighing 160 pounds and standing 6 feet tall with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and khaki pants. Morovich is described as a white male weighing 190 pounds and standing 5′7′' tall with blue eyes and brown hair. HOUSTON A Silver Alert was issued for a 71-year-old man with a cognitive impairment Tuesday afternoon, according to the Harris County Sheriffs Office. James Hurrington was last seen at 3 p.m. on July 4 at 10000 Northwest Park Drive, deputies said. Hurrington was driving a black 2018 Nissan Frontier with TX license plate KTB2448. Officials believe Hurringtons disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
