This month, according to the complaint, Bridges sent a video of himself in body armor standing before an Islamic State flag, gesturing support.

Ibraheem Ahmed Al Bayati, 19, faces the federal charges of making threats or conveying false information to destroy by means of fire or explosives and making a threat over interstate commerce. Al Bayati was taken into custody on Friday after the criminal complaint was filed. According to a press release, Al Bayati identified himself as Abu Qital al Jihadi al Mansur and joined a UH student lecture on Zoom on Sept. 2. In the release, officials said Al Bayatis reference about the Islamic State is a reference associated with the terrorist group ISIS.

It'll be a homecoming of sorts for former Yankees manager Joe Girardi, who was hired as Phillies manager over the offseason.

FBI Supervisory Senior Resident Agent Leah Greeves said last week that investigators were working to determine whether a second person of interest was at large following the shooting at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi. Officials have identified the gunman as 20-year-old Adam Salim Alsahli, a Corpus Christi resident who had been a student at a local community college. Security officers shot and killed him after he opened fire while trying to drive a truck through a base entry gate. The FBI said Tuesday that Alsahli was a Syria-born American citizen.

Following the suspect's death, law enforcement bomb technicians cleared his body and vehicle, but found no explosive devices, one of the sources said. Online postings by these accounts expressed support for ISIS and Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), the source said. "NCIS is en route, and state and local law enforcement are on scene." Naval Air Station Corpus Christi has been home to Naval pilot training since 1941, according to its website.
