A frustrated homeowner believes a local trash company is acting in retaliation after he began to question them.

Texas Pride Disposals has implemented a sticker system for all customers with current and updated accounts to help track customers’ payments.

And the saga continues as complaints continue to pour in about the frustration surrounding inconsistent trash pickup from Texas Pride Disposal.

It’s a mess Texas Pride Disposal may not be able to clean up fast enough. Some Houston-area Home Owners’ Associations and even MUD districts have started to cut their contracts with the trash company over inconsistent service.

The Texas Pride Disposal complaints KPRC 2 viewers have been sharing all week are enough to fill a garbage can.

“I would like for them to pick up the trash and do it as they promise. Trash days are Wednesdays and Saturdays,” Brenda Taylor said.

Residents of a Cypress-area subdivision have had to contract a second garbage collector after they allege their initial one failed to collect trash for over three weeks.

Homeowners in additional neighborhoods cite problems with Texas Pride Disposal’s trash and recycling pick-up.

Customers complain Rosenberg-based trash and disposal company’s service has been consistently inconsistent.
