As Halloween descends upon us, we revisit the harrowing tale of Ronald Clark O’Bryan, Houston's own "Candy Man."

Authorities have shared a new reconstruction photo of one of the victims of the Houston “Candy Man” killer to try to identify the young man, according to a news release from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

He’s considered Houston’s most notorious serial killer - 28 deaths linked to the so-called “Candy Man.”
