A Houston restaurant is facing a lawsuit, accused of serving alcohol in excess to the driver found to be at-fault in a deadly 2023 crash in downtown.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Thirteen -- named after Harden’s number while on the Rockets -- is set to open the weekend of Jan. 22. Representatives for the restaurant confirmed the opening to KPRC 2 in the following statement:“Thirteen Restaurant will still be opening at the end of this month. We are looking forward to sharing our extensive menu and beautiful restaurant with the city.”Thirteen is located at 1911 Bagby St.
