Houston SPCA moves 18 rescued horses to higher ground ahead of Beryl
As Tropical Storm Beryl nears, the Houston SPCA has relocated 18 rescued horses to their Equine Rehabilitation Center for safety. Currently caring for 24 horses, three pigs, 12 chickens, and a peacock, the team is prepared with boats on standby for high-water rescues.
