Landry's Spring Break Houston Adventure Series: Family Fun at the Downtown Aquarium

Spring break is approaching, and families can enjoy local fun without traveling far. Starting March 7, the Downtown Aquarium, Kemah Boardwalk, and Galveston Island Pleasure Pier offer a $79.99 pass for unlimited access to all three attractions. Houston Life's Melanie Camp recently visited the Downtown Aquarium to check out the fun, which combines entertainment and education. The aquarium features diverse aquatic exhibits, stingray interactions, and an amusement park with a 100,000-gallon shark tank. The on-site restaurant offers dining surrounded by a 150,000-gallon aquarium. Beyond aquatic life, the aquarium hosts various animals, including armadillos and a 400-pound tiger named Apollo.
