Governor Abbott expands buoy barriers in the Rio Grande

Governor Greg Abbott has announced the expansion of buoy barriers in the Rio Grande. The additional buoys are being added to the existing 1,000-foot barrier in Eagle Pass, Texas, with plans for future expansion.
