Water main break in north Houston near Washington Ave. Corridor shuts down Yale Street

A spokesperson for Houston Public Works tells KPRC 2′s T.J. Parker over the phone that a contractor working for a telephone company hit a water line. For that reason, many telephone lines were also seen on the ground.
