2nd Annual Celebrate Freedom Festival will kick off Juneteenth festivities

Summer is nearly here, and the Juneteenth holiday is quickly approaching. This year, the Juneteenth Houston Citywide Committee is hosting its 2nd annual Celebrate Freedom Festival to kick off festivities.
