Stabbing in Houston home leaves one dead; suspect in custody

A stabbing incident occurred in Houston in the early hours of Saturday morning, resulting in the death of a 71-year-old man. The incident took place at a residence in the 1600 block of West Alabama just after 2 a.m. The victim, whose name was Sammy Marks, was transported to a local hospital with a significant stab wound near the shoulder area but was later pronounced dead.
