Multiple steers escape rodeo trailer, run loose on I-45 North Freeway

Several lanes were closed for hours on I-45 North Freeway after dozens of loose steers being transported from the Houston Rodeo escaped Monday afternoon, according to the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office.
