Severe weather on Monday:

Storms are moving out but not before some strong storms blasted across the area.

Weather storm spots:

  • Weather spotters confirmed a tornado near Lower Van Road and FM 2025 in San Jacinto County. Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornado will be near Livingston, Goodrich, Lake Livingston State Park, and West Livingston around 2:25 p.m.

After Monday’s storms temperatures lower Tuesday to Wednesday morning. We have another chance of rain Friday. This front will lower morning temperatures to the lower and mid-30s this weekend. Our third front arrives Monday on Martin Luther King Day. This will also bring cold mornings next week.
