Some patchy fog may be possible overnight tonight after 2am. If fog does develop it should all mix out by 9am Wednesday morning. Temperatures will drop into the upper-40s with light winds from the southwest.
Wednesday’s Forecast:
Wednesday will be another spectacular day with mostly sunny skies and highs in the lower-to-mid 70s. Through the day we will see our winds shift from the northwest to the southeast.
Heavy rain returns Saturday:
Our weather pattern changes Friday. As early as Friday night heavy rain starts moving into SE Texas. Most of the rain falls Saturday morning. This is an earlier arrival compared to yesterday. What’s new is we now have a low flood threat along I-45 to the east. Here’s a closer look at our timeline for Saturday.
10-Day forecast:
Houston is dry through Thursday. Heavy rain expected Saturday with gusty winds Sunday. Cooler and dry weather will be with us to start next week. Our cold front on Saturday is from the Pacific, which aren’t as cold as northern fronts. The drop in temperatures next week is slight.
