Thursday’s Forecast:
Get your coats out for Thursday! We start the day in the 40s and we’ll struggle to warm up. Temperatures will only make it to the 50s for high temperatures with a slight chance for sprinkles. We have a 20% chance of light rain. A small area of low pressure moves through SE Texas tomorrow. Rain chances are not high and if we get rain it won’t measure up to much. But this could be a big inconvenience especially for those outside at the rodeo.
10-Day Forecast:
Shower chances will linger into Friday morning. By Friday afternoon we’ll see our sunshine return with highs reaching the 70s. This is the start of our warm up with temperatures reaching the 80s by Sunday. Our next area of low pressure is expected Monday. I’m watching for the potential of a “weakness” forming in the atmosphere over southeast Texas. If this occurs we could get off and on rain next week. We’ll keep you posted.
