There is a 20% for a stray shower primarily Tuesday morning. The highest rain chances are in the Piney Woods area. Expect mostly cloudy skies and humid conditions through the afternoon with afternoon highs in the mid-to-upper 80s. Temperatures will top out in the mid-to-upper 80s all week long.
Sunday morning cold front:
Our next cold front is expected Sunday. This front may bring rain Saturday evening through Sunday morning. Fronts this time of year are not as frequent as earlier in the season.
Fronts also don’t cool us off as much although this one will give us a little relief from the muggy mornings and drop mornings into the 50s and 60s.

We have not reached 90° this year yet, but we’ll get close Wednesday and Friday. A cold front will move through this weekend bringing a rain chance and cooler mornings for next week!
