It’s important that our pets get a break from the heat too! So how do you know if our pet is dehydrated? According to Dr. Rani Kamal from Voss Road Animal Clinic -lift their upper lip and feel their gums~ If the gums are dry - chances are your pet is dehydrated.

Tracking the tropics:

A tropical disturbance in the Central Atlantic has a 90% chance of development as it moves to the northwest. It will be near Puerto Rico Tuesday and may be a tropical storm at that time. It could also become a hurricane as it moves north. The Bermuda high steers this storm north into the western Atlantic. When it forms it will be called “Ernesto.” New England has to watch this storm closely.
