HOUSTON – We are forecasting a cold front to pass through Wednesday afternoon which will finally move the humid conditions out of here. This will also drop our highs into the 60s and our lows back into the 40s.
The front will bring a line of broken showers with it. You can expect to see the showers in our NW counties from 10AM-noon, Houston from 12p-2pm and the coast between 3PM-4PM.
Cool Down:
Behind Wednesday’s cold, cooler, drier air moves in, bringing back sunshine and more December-like temperatures. You’ll need the jackets for sure tomorrow morning through the weekend as we’ll be back in the 40s and 30s starting tomorrow.
This will bring perfect weather for this weekend! The official start of winter, the Winter Solstice, is Saturday.
10-day Forecast:
Our weather will be wonderful this weekend with sunny skies and temperatures in the 60s. We will warm up slightly next week before a mid-week cold front. This will bring some rain chances around Christmas but for now we are keeping it dry.
However, the forecast will likely adjust over the next few days so expect to see some changes as we get new information.
