HOUSTON – After a sunny day, some patchy fog returns overnight into Thursday morning however, not as intense as we saw on Tuesday.
Thursday’s Forecast:
Thursday’s weak cold front will bring isolated to spotty showers across SE Texas with no major cool-down. Most areas will not see any rain but those that do will likely just be sprinkles to a quick shower early Thursday.
Thursday’s BBQ Cook-off will have great weather! Temperatures in the low 70s for the start of the event and trickle to low 60s by the time bellies are full.
Wonderful Weekend:
If you are headed Mardi Gras, there are no weather woes. The weather for Mardi Gras in Galveston will be WAY more enjoyable than the past soggy and cold weekend.

We’ll be tracking another front early next week that could bring a chance for storms early week. Depending on the timing of the front, rain may linger into Tuesday’s kickoff of Rodeo.
