Here in Houston, clouds and dust are making for a gloomy start to the day. If you notice the hazy skies across SE Texas, please share your pictures.

Here is a look at the dust on the satellite from this morning, showing up as brown while the white are clouds hugging the Gulf coast.

So, why is this happening? Blame it on the same wind that is blowing your hair in your face. Strong northwest winds gusting over 30 mph are blowing dust into and through the area, kicking up and transporting it along a cold front moving into SE Texas.
