Todayβs forecast:
Weβre tracking a sunny, warm and windy day despite waking up to the coldest morning of the week!
However, thanks to the gustier winds of 20+ mph today, weβre tracking a high fire risk. By Thursday, moisture levels will rise with increasing humidity, which should help decrease the fire risk despite our warmer temperatures.
So even though we arenβt under a red flag warning, itβs still important to keep fire safety at the top of mind.
Expect warmer temperatures as we head into March:
Itβs been a warm February, and our temperature outlook shows above average temperatures sticking around through the first week of March as well.
Saying goodbye to the 30s:
And that goes for our morning lows too! Thanks to the onshore southerly flow from our Gulf winds, weβre waking up in the 50s and 60s the rest of the week.
