Cool air moves in today with Houston temperatures falling into the 50s

Thursday’s Forecast:

There was a touch of chill Thursday morning behind a cold front, making it feel more like March. Southeast Texas woke up to the 40s and 50s!

Daytime highs only reach the upper 60s to low 70s. Making for a great day at the Rodeo Carnival. Just be sure to hold on to your cowboy hats, winds stay breezy through the afternoon.

Wear your favorite denim jacket if you are headed to Chris Stapleton tonight. Temperatures will cool-off below 60 by the end of the night.

Friday, high pressure moves east, turning winds out of the south. Houston will begin to warm up and by the weekend temperatures return to the 80s!

Switching temperatures up again

Instead of a wash out, the front will set Houston up for a major temperature swing! Going from near 90 to the 60s, from Sunday to Monday.
