Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against a Houston-area birth tourism operation accused of helping foreign nationals obtain U.S. citizenship for their children through alleged visa fraud and deceptive practices.

A Houston man says he was stopped by ICE agents while driving to work, despite being a U.S. citizen. He believes he was targeted because of his work truck and says the agents left after he began recording the encounter.
