It all adds up to a lot of help for our neighbors in need.
Between Wednesday and Thursday, we had individual pledges equaling more than $1 million ($1,067,358) and corporations stepped up to present checks worth nearly $3.2 million ($3,175,000)!
That’s more than $4.2 million ($4,242,358) total!
On top of that, a Walmart representative dropped into our studio to present the Red Cross with a pledge of $10 million to help the Gulf Coast recover.
This relief effort is massive, so remember you can continue to donate at Click2Houston.com or you can drop your change in the special donation boxes at the register of your local Kroger store.
Every bit helps and adds up to a lot of help for victims of Hurricane Harvey.
