Lizzo has gone vegan and is showing her TikTok followers what she eats during an average day. The 32-year-old singer recently shared a video on the app in which she discusses her new lifestyle, titling it "What I Eat in a Day: Tales from a fat Vegan."

"As a new vegan I'm enjoying exploring flavors from plants & plant based proteins!" she captioned the video. "Every journey is personal & deserves to be celebrated."

Lizzo starts off with a dark green breakfast smoothie made of coconut water, kale or spinach and frozen fruit. She follows it up with a fresh salad consisting of kale, red cabbage, broccoli, a slice of avocado, onions and carrots.

As for her snack, she eats garlic hummus that she gets at a farmer's market and paleo puffs, after explaining that she used to eat a bunch of hot Cheetos but had to stop because of her acid reflux.

"These are a Cheeto-alternative I love that's vegan and I dip them in hummus," she says. "Badda-boom badda-snack."

The "Jerome" singer's dinner looks the most impressive, consisting of mushroom balls with truffle and chickpeas, quinoa and leftover salad from lunch. She also drinks vegan diet cola because she "needed some sparkles in [her] throat," and a peanut butter and jelly smoothie to end the day that has oats, oat milk, vanilla protein powder and "love from Jesus."

"So, yeah, that was my day and it was very good," she concludes. "I feel very lit and full."

Lizzo also made sure to keep Breonna Taylor in her followers' minds with a message toward the end of the video as she talked about her dessert smoothie.

"We still need justice for Breonna Taylor, the message reads. "Text 'ENOUGH' to 55156 to demand that the officers that murdered her are arrested and charged."

Meanwhile, Lizzo has long been outspoken about body positivity. Earlier this month, she once again took to TikTok to address body shamers, sharing a video of her exercising and checking out her curves in the mirror.

"Hey, so I've been working out consistently for the last five years and it may come as a surprise to some of y'all that I'm not working out to have your ideal body type," she said. "I'm working out to have my ideal body type, and you know what type that is? None of your f**king business. Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job, and I stay on my job."

"So next time you want to come to somebody and judge them, whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald's or workout or not workout, how about you look at your own f**king self and worry about your own god-d*mn body because health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside, health is also what happens on the inside," she continued. "And a lot of y'all need to do a f**king cleanse for your insides. Namaste, have a great day."

Last April, Lizzo shared that the things she had been criticized for growing up --  particularly, her body, her Blackness and her intelligence -- she now loves during a candid interview with V magazine.

"First off, I love my body," she declared. "No matter what angle you shoot it at, no matter the lighting, my body is just so f**king beautiful all the time. I may talk sh** about it sometimes, but f**k. She's still a bad b**ch."

"My second favorite thing about myself is my Blackness," she continued. "I am really just so honored to be graced with this identity. No shade to any other shade on the planet -- I just can't relate. I just love being a Black woman, even in a world where [we] are statistically the least desirable. I am still here, and I still rise. My third favorite thing about myself is my nerdiness. I was teased like a dog for wanting to be intelligent, for reading, for talking the way I do. But I didn't dumb myself down just to be accepted."
