Thousands of Internet users say the noise it makes when it opens and closes reminds them of beloved "Star Wars" character R2-D2.

The door is located inside a Comfort Inn in Omaha, Nebraska.
Someone took video of the door as it was making the noise and posted it online. Since then, the video has been viewed more than 2 million times.
