HOUSTON – A man was found shot to death inside a southeast Houston house.
Police said the body of Timothy Tingle, 38, was discovered at 8:50 p.m. Monday on the living room floor of a home in the 10900 block of Segrest. He suffered several gunshot wounds. Police said Tingle lived at the home.

Investigators said it started when a fight broke out between several people and Tingle in the driveway. The fight spread to the home, where multiple guns were drawn, police said. About 15 rounds were fired in the house, according to authorities.
Homicide detectives said they believe narcotics were involved in the shooting, since a large amount of cocaine and marijuana were found.
The shooter escaped.
