The 2014 theme is "Dreams Come True."

The Houston-based foundation will dedicate its inaugural Rose Parade float to the heroic law enforcement K9 units across America and to the men and women in uniform.

K9s4COPs will be one of the 42 floats on parade with an estimated one million people in attendance.

Founded in June 2010, K9s4COPs vision is to support law enforcement agencies across the nation.

The goal is to create safe communities and schools patrolled by law enforcement with highly trained K9s ready for action

The foundation will head to California on Thursday.  You can watch the Tournament of Roses Parade January 1, starting at 10 a.m. on KPRC Local 2.
