ROSENBERG, Texas – A new outlet mall is coming to Rosenberg.
The city announced Wednesday that it's partnering with Paragon Outlet Partners to develop the Paragon Outlets Houston.

The 400,000-square-foot shopping center will be built along I-69 and Spacek Road.
The Paragon Outlets Houston will be the only outlet mall in the southwest Houston region.
It's expected to open in 2016.
