HOUSTON – All main lanes of the Eastex Freeway northbound at the 610 North Loop have reopened after a big rig lost its load earlier Monday afternoon.
The accident happened shortly after 1 p.m. Monday on Highway 59 between Quitman/Liberty and the North Loop, according to Houston Transtar.
At least four vehicles were involved.
