DICKINSON, Texas – The Dickinson Police Department is looking for a man accused of sexually assaulting a child.
Police say Joshua Dwight Blair, 24, allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old acquaintance during a two- to three-month period.

Authorities say they have been unable to locate Blair at his residence or at his last known place of employment. Investigators say Blair knows about the arrest warrant that has been issued for him and he is considered a fugitive.
Blair is described as a white man, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds with blond hair and green eyes. He also is known to have a mustache and a small goatee.
