HOUSTON – A Sugar Grove Middle School student was arrested Monday after allegedly filming a fellow student in the boys bathroom, Houston Independent School District officials confirm.
The student has been charged with improper photography or visual recording.
The incident, which happened after school, was reported to campus administrators, who immediately notified HISD Police.
In addition to criminal charges, the student in question also was disciplined per the HISD Student Code of Conduct.
