HOUSTON – A man was taken into custody early Wednesday after crashing into an elderly woman's home in northwest Houston.
Houston police said the driver was traveling eastbound on Rogue River at Mackenzie around 12:30 a.m. when he lost control and slammed into the corner of a house.

An elderly woman was asleep inside the home when the crash happened. She was not injured.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
