HOUSTON – A west Houston family has found their dog after she went missing during the Memorial shootings this weekend.
Marianne Treacy Blackshear posted in Facebook that the family's American Red Pit went missing during the shootings. The dog was in the backyard at the time.

The post read in part: "Ginger has tags and microchip. She is 4 years old."
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the dog should try to get in contact with her.
