HOUSTON – A Houston high school student is facing charges after he brought a loaded gun to school, according to officials.
A male student at the High School for Law and Justice was arrested Thursday and charged with possession of an unlawful weapon in a school zone, according to the Houston Independent School District.
The district said police discovered that he brought a loaded .380-caliber pistol to the school.
Besides facing charges, he will also face disciplinary action from the school.
His name and age were not released.
