HOUSTON – The Flying Saucer Pie Company, one of Houston’s most iconic pie shops, reopened Tuesday.
The store had to close three weeks ago after an electrical issue damaged the machine that makes the pie dough.
Since then, the machine has been replaced.
The shop opened its doors at 8 a.m. and has resumed regular operating hours.
The store is located on West Crosstimbers Road road near Yale Street.
