HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating after a body was found Wednesday inside a burned vehicle in northeast Houston.
The body, that was burned beyond recognition, was found around 8:45 a.m. in the 5200 block of East Houston Road, police said.
Police said some kind of accelerant was used to ignite the van.
The cause of death is under investigation.
