HOUSTON – Just days before Super Bowl 51, the iconic “Be Someone” Houston graffiti message was defaced with a new seemingly Super Bowl-inspired message: “BFootball.” However, on Wednesday, the classic "Be Someone" message returned in the same lettering and colors as before.
The message is located on I-45 southbound near downtown.
The sign has changed through the years, but the iconic message has returned time and again with several repaintings.
Will the message change again? We’ll keep an eye on that stretch of I-45. Stay tuned.
