SPRING, Texas – Police have arrested a second man in connection with the September death of a restaurant owner in Spring.
Police said two men forced their way into the Canvasback Glen Court home of 33-year-old Adrianus Kusuma on the night of Sept. 18. One of the men shot Kusuma to death and then beat his younger brother, police said.

Investigators said the men grabbed some cash and fled the scene in a white car.
Police arrested 28-year-old John Baldwin, of Houston, on Oct. 19 in connection with the case.
Ryan Scott, 28, was arrested Sunday. Both men are charged with capital murder.
Kusuma and his brother owned the Sunny Side of the Street restaurant on FM Road 2920, about a half-mile from their home.
