HOUSTON – Chase Bank's website and mobile app was experiencing an outage Monday that caused headaches for banking customers for hours.
Chase tweeted around 2:15 p.m., "We’re working to restore full access to our website and mobile app. We apologize and appreciate your patience."

Customers are reporting seeing blank accounts when they log into the app, and error messages when logging onto the Chase website.
Chase tweeted that their system is back at full strength around 7 p.m.

It's the second time in the last two months that the banking behemoth has had a major outage.
