The two children, Anna-Bella Faith Ndossoka, 1, and 8-year-old Marcel Ndossoka were found dead around 4:15 p.m. Saturday at a home in the Willows Apartments in the 10900 block of Fondren Road. They had severe injuries to their necks, police said.
Police said the mother dropped off their children at the apartment to visit Ndosska. Police said Ndosska called the children's mother and told her he killed their children and was going to kill himself. When she arrived at his apartment, she found the children dead on the bed.
"They were just playing yesterday. My mom, my neighbor saw them, the little boy riding up and down here 3 o'clock yesterday, back and forth, happy," said neighbor Rodney Nickerson.
Police said the children's mother and Ndosska were married, but separated.
"I think she moved out with the kids. And I believe he went and picked them up," Nickerson said.
Ndosska has been charged with capital murder.
