Father accused of stabbing his 2 children to death charged with capital murder

HOUSTON – A father charged with two counts of capital murder in the deadly stabbing his two children Saturday was found in Pasadena with a nonfatal, self-inflicted gunshot wound, Houston police said.

Jean Pierre Ndosska, 61, who was charged with two counts of capital murder, was found inside his vehicle around 1 a.m. Sunday. He was taken to Clear Lake Regional Hospital. He was listed in stable condition, police said.

The two children, Anna-Bella Faith Ndossoka, 1, and 8-year-old Marcel Ndossoka were found dead around 4:15 p.m. Saturday at a home in the Willows Apartments in the 10900 block of Fondren Road. They had severe injuries to their necks, police said.

Police said the mother dropped off their children at the apartment to visit Ndosska. Police said Ndosska called the children's mother and told her he killed their children and was going to kill himself. When she arrived at his apartment, she found the children dead on the bed.

"They were just playing yesterday. My mom, my neighbor saw them, the little boy riding up and down here 3 o'clock yesterday, back and forth, happy," said neighbor Rodney Nickerson.

Police said the children's mother and Ndosska were married, but separated.

"I think she moved out with the kids. And I believe he went and picked them up," Nickerson said.

Ndosska has been charged with capital murder.
