HOUSTON – A student was arrested Monday after a threat was made to Hastings High School via social media, officials said.
Alief Independent School District officials said a threat of violence at the school was made either late Sunday or early Monday.
The suspected student was arrested when he arrived at school Monday, officials said.
Officials said they are still trying to determine why the threat was made.
The student’s identity was not immediately released.
