WEBSTER, Texas – A woman was taken to the hospital Thursday after she crashed into a light pole in Webster.
The crash happened at around 12:15 a.m. on El Camino Real and East NASA Parkway. The woman told police the windows on her pickup fogged up, making it hard to see.

Police said she ran over a center median and then hit the wooden pole. The impact caused the pole to snap in half.
The wires kept the pole pieces in the air. There were no reports of power outages.
The lanes in both directions were shut down for several hours.
The woman was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
