HOUSTON – Police are investigating after a man was shot to death at an apartment complex in north Houston Monday afternoon.
Houston police responded to reports of a shooting at the apartments located at 1415 W Gulf Bank around 3:30 p.m.
Police said two men were arguing in the parking lot when one man pulled out a gun and shot the other to death.
The shooter fled the scene. Investigators are working on the suspect’s description.
