HOUSTON – Smoke and haze from a West Texas wildfire has taken over the Houston area, causing concern for air quality issues.
The fire, located in Eastland County, 120 miles west of Dallas, has burned over 40,000 acres. No injuries have been reported.
A cold front swept through the Houston area, which picked up the smoke due to gusty winds.
