HOUSTON – Houston residents will possibly hear noises and see low-flying helicopters around the city starting Tuesday through Friday as the Houston Police Department conducts its training exercises, according to the department’s Twitter.
The Department of Defense, in conjunction with HPD, and other local and federal law enforcement agencies, will conduct the annually planned, multi-agency training exercises. The training is aimed to better improve service in the community and is not a response to any current events.
