AUSTIN – Gov. Greg Abbott signed a parent empowerment bill on Monday at the Texas Capitol.
The legislation was passed during the 88th regular legislative session, according to a news release.
The governor was joined by bill authors and sponsors, as well as other legislators and parent empowerment advocates.
